So far so good. Would like better info on warranty. Trees arrived smaller than expected. Planted with the root growing packet. I hope they take and thrive. I'm keeping my expectations low so I'm not disappointed in 2 months. Home depot and lowes both have larger trees right now for a 1/3 of the price. I hope this works. If it does I'll be back. Time will tell.
I questioned when the delivery was and they gave me the shipping date and expected delivery which was accurateSo far so good. Would like better info on warranty

I spent just over $200 for the plum tree with grafts to produce four different types of plums. The tree arrived with maybe 3-4 dime sized leaves that fell off day after it arrived/was planted. I watered it regularly and saw a few tiny leaves start to form after a week which got me excited but they withered and died before even getting to be much larger than a matchstick head.
I called to report my concerns and the person I spoke to over the phone said I had to report my trees damage online on their website and that he couldn't assist me further in getting a replacement even though he was customer service. I can't seem to find a place on their website that says report damaged trees here or anything like that so I'll be calling again today because $200 is a lot of money for a dead tree. I've ordered several trees from them in the past and nothing ever arrived looking dead before. It's such a disappointment.
I called and was told to file a complaint online but I can’t find a place to file said complaints online.
1 of my plants was dead when I opened the box apon delivery. It took longer than expected to be delivered. I began to track as soon as my order was shipped. I really didn't expect any of them to survive. I nursed the rest back. It'll be easier to go to Lowe's, menards, home depot, or wal mart.
The person on the line assumed i knew about plants. She spoke like she wanted to ask me "what did I expext".
From the point of placing the order to date of shipment received, it became apparent that inner-office communications failed to be maintained. One must assume they are running the business alone with no help but wants to keep a great or good relationship with customers by ensuring that all orders are placed and shipped in the assigned time-frame.
Regarding shipping
We ordered about 16 small Boxwoods to line a long stretch of fence that leads to our back yard. The plants arrived in excellent condition about 4 days after ordering. We dug the holes, planted them, put weed block and then added pea stone. It made a huge and quick impact on the space. Now it's simply a matter of watering and growing.Easy to order. Ships quickly. Ready to plan.
The discount code I was offered for my first purchase didn't work.
The tree was delivered to my front porch on a cold, snowy day and I was afraid it would be ruined, but it was fine when I opened it, green leaves and all. I planted it exactly like it said to, and now I am just waiting to see if it grows well where I put it. I'm excited to see blooms. Colorado has crazy weather; one day is snow, hail, rain, etc. and the next day we are running around in shorts and T-shirts. Hopefully, my rose of Sharon will do okay.
I have ordered several trees and plants from FastGrowingTrees and have never seen anything like this. I ordered 2 Dogwoods they arrived fine, I ordered a Magnolia which was 2X the price of the Dogwoods and it is literally a STICK with a root ball. How am supposed to plant a $140 stick in my yard - surround it with cones so it doesn't get run over by a dog or a lawnmower? The company said "we are sorry you don't understand that items are not always as displayed on line" ARE YOU SERIOUS?

I ordered 2 trees and both had damaged with clear evidence that the box was bent/crushed in half. After reporting the damage with pictures, it was determined that the damage was minor and that the trees should recover. With only a 30 day warranty, we will have to see if the trees survive and product or if we wasted a chunk of money from ordering trees online.
Customer service was friendly and helped explained their position...I thought they should have done more or taken more responsibility.
Ordered a tree care kit for my indoor alvarado tree in March. After a few weeks, I inquired as to where's my stuff. I was told there would be no delivery until May because I live in Minnesota. I finally spoke to someone about a refund and she said she would refund the $13. Xx shipping charge and get my order out. I got my order this week. About a month after ordering. Ver frustrating but happy I finally received my order.

Our Fiddle Leaf Fig arrived promptly and in good shape. Only one leaf fell off and one was bent. The rest of them were perfect. We've had it now for only three weeks an it has sprouted five new leaves and grown another six inches! It is beautiful and we're very happy with it.
Fast Growing Trees Questions & Answers

I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.

The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
